For some reason my throat just decided it's about time to make me shut up or something. X_x; I came down with a cold and I'm croaking with my voice going in and out and this head ache is not going away. *sigh* Oh well.
I am on a spree watching GX and I'm up to ep 69. >_>;; omgwhat stop it GX. Canon BL SHIPPING. I'm liking this. 8D oh boy. . . I'll make a huge rant about it one day. . . or just EXPLODE on people's faces. lol
Otherwise, I gave in and bought tickets to the Girugamesh's concert here. x_x;; I am not the biggest fan or anything but I do like a lot of their songs. Granted, they did go down the V-kei -> Pop (?!) change, but I like it. ._.;
Anyhoo. A looong time ago I made a post about how villains in JUMP tend to start off REALLY EVIL but turn into wusses and pansies in the end. I think I need to add to that.

So, I saw Hell Kaiser come out and OMG WHY DID HE NOT STAY LIKE THAT TILL THE END WHILE RESPECTING THE OPPONENT CRAP?! I know he turns back into his normal self but. . . UGHHHH!!!! He could've had such awesome villain potential! >_>;; I guess he's just a stepping stone for Shou's character to grow. Unfortunately. =_=; I wanted him to remain merciless kinda. T_T;; BAH!
First, GX stared with Manjoume being a douche and a rival-esque chara until. . . well. . . he turned into a MORON. X_X;; But I have to say that is cute of him. He wasn't a villain but a rival. He's . . . what? 15? Can't blame the pride struck kid to fall into a naive trap and just. . . yeah, fuck himself over. x_x; He's probably the character. . . with the most "character". lol I really like him by the way. He's very cute. . . and I sorta pity him for just being Judai's ex-rival.
I have yet to see Yohan btw but, from what I've read on spoilers and stuff, I don't think even he qualifies under "my" definition of villain.
Like I've said before, I tend to like villains who are TRUE DICKS TO THE MAIN CHARACTER.
They should just FUCK the main character over and just. . . KEEP ON SCARRING THEM IN THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE. Even if they're defeated, I WANT THEM TO COME BACK STRONGER WITH A BIGGER VENGEANCE!! THEN TAKE THE BLOW FROM THE MAIN CHARACTER AGAIN LIKE A MAN!! They don't necessarily have to be EVIL but still be a WALL in front of the main character.
Personally, I think most JUMP Villains DO NOT fulfill that requirement.
They get defeated ONCE and they come back as a friend.

I want them to fall from their high and mighty status and suffer the consequences and EAT DIRT!!!

Kaiba did a good job with that I think. After getting mind crushed, he DID come back. He almost always loses to Yugi but. . . damn that kid keeps coming back. STILL FULL OF HATE. WHICH IS WHAT I LIKE ABOUT HIM.
Granted, he did become a moron at times but, still. . . villains are allowed to have some of their moments and flaws. x_x; Okay, maybe Kaiba was FULL of flaws but, whatever. It's a form of fan service (don't ask. . . )
In comparison to say, Pegasus (who turned into a child-loving daddy chara), Bakura (who just went back to being a happy bff to Yugi) and Malik (who just became Yugi's Egyptian penpal or something. . . =_=;;) KAIBA REMAINED THE DOUCHE! YAY! X__X;

Which is why, once a villain falls. . . they are the live bait for fangirls. >_>;

In a sense that's why I think Jack Atlas is WEAK. T_T;; His position as the main character's "rival" is like. . . LOST after the Dark Signer arc! X__X;; Same with Kiryu. . . then again he was just possessed. . . like every other YGO temporary villain. I really loved batshit crazy psycho Kiryu. He kinda had those Malik/Bakura traits where he just wanted to eat the main chara alive. 8D
idk. It's just my thought.
By the way . . . YGO seems to have these seriously SADISTIC HUMAN TORTURE scenes that still makes me wonder why this show is rated PG.
Kaiba Land used to be filled with a bunch of crazy torture chambers. . .
GX has underground dueling stadiums where they would apply pain inflicting devices all over the people's bodies. . . X_X;;
5D's has the whole electrocution scenes in jail. . .
righhhhhhttttt. . . I guess it won't be YGO without the really sadistic scenes. idk. I don't mind it. 8D
