I say her voice is closer to her voice as Archenimon (sp?) in Digimon 02 or maybe even her Kohan voice in Sailor Moon (hahaha! not that I really remember her voice. X_x;). >_>; They had that cool, evil voice. XD nee-san has that voice. And her Kyoto accent is pretty hot. hehe
