I just finished watching the new One Piece movie but. . . >_> Is it just me but are the movies turning worse and worse? Last year's movie had me all "YOU FAIL!!!" Last thing I needed was a ginormous happy flower that looked like pacman on crack. >_>; This time it was an arrogant moronic mommy's boy gay pansy in suspenders who was in need of severe therapy.
3D animation, good music and pretty pictures WILL NOT MAKE A GOOD MOVIE!!! I was nodding off while watching it. I can't believe how CORNY and LAME the puns were too. =_= But then I guess that's what's suitable for Luffy's character and brain. harhar.
But either way, the movies for OP are the only thing I watch (I stopped watching the anime + reading the manga a while ago. Got lazy to DL it.) but, yeah. . . =_= The movies are even more "???" than ever.
Also. . . what's up with the emphasis on Nami's boobs? Everytime she moves, they include a bouncing SFX. . . . um, I don't recall her boobs being THAT big nor did it make sound before. x_x lol
And while watching it, I suddenly thought that Zoro and Sanji remind me greatly of Doumeki and Watanuki when they argue. O_o Well, the fact that Zoro and Doumeki having the same voice doesn't help but, when Sanji's being a spazz and Zoro's just all "aho. . ." it's the same intonation Nakai uses for Doumeki when he calls Doumeki a dork. x_x haha And Nami sorta reminds me of Yuuko in the sly/demanding sorta way. lol Ahh oh well. My brain is crossing over a lot of things. =/
Ahh Ohtani Ikue still isn't back, is she? But I'm sure the afureco for the movie was when she was still pregnant (?) so. . . no surprise there's someone else doing Chopper's voice. ._. I wonder if she's back. She's not back in the Conan series so I'm guessing she's not back for OP anime too? =/ Oh well.
