wow. . . I have this bizzare homework due for Monday and I just noticed how long this is gonna take me. I have an assignment where I'm supposed to 'trace' a page of a graphic novel our teachers gave us. I got this. . . weird Japanese mythic manga about a little girl who friends a Kappa (Japanese water sprite that looks like a weird frog) and encounters all sorts of Japanese demons. They're a collection of short stories revolving around the girl and the Kappa. : sigh : I'll ignore the fact that it's pretty gross. x_x;; I would easily fit this comic under horror-semierotic-grotesque. haha
Anyhow, yes my teacher wants us to. . . trace a page that he selected. It. . . irks me to trace another artist's work but I guess it's not bad for me. D: I'm just drawing a bunch of demons. x_x; Tracing is fun but, I feel like I'm back in like. . . elementary school again. haha
x_x So today was tiring for me. I went to my dad's office to see what was up with his computer and his printer. His windows was SO messed up and he had tons of spyware on it too. heh. So I fixed his desktop and cleaned up all the spyware from his comp. But sadly, I was unable to fix the problem with his printer. x_x; Oh well. Repairing will cost $500 minimum. That's crazy. =_=; But I can't figure stuff out like that so. . . T__T;;
._. And today. . . I decided to get Hyun-Tae Kim's artbook afterall. X_X I saw it yesterday when I went to Kinokuniya with ocean but I decided I wanted it today. lol I flipped through it and I figured I liked it enough to shell out money for that. X_x; I. . . like his older stuff better sorta. His newer stuff. . . murf. . . his girls have huge hips. X_x; That;s the only thing that turns me off. Everything else is awesome. It's just the hips. It's so weird cuz his girls in his older works look fine. O_o I guess that's just his taste. o_o Oh well. :D It's still pretty and lovely nevertheless. ^__^
