I don't think that's Japanese. The video ends with people speaking English. Also, the Japanese have much better CGI than that :p

Also, the baby sun at the end is from the Teletubbies, which I don't think was ever as big in Japan as here, if it ever made it there at all.

It doesn't say that the video is Japanese, just that Herrington is famous in Japan, and that this video popped up on youtube. I still think the English voices at the end are indicative of an American-based origin.
