I had learned yesterday that if you came early to Fuse, you had a really good chance of getting in, and that they were having a mini-interview session with fans before it. So I was hoping to get into both, but especially the Comp'd performance

Hey, I'm so happy for you. That's really lame you couldn't hug them or get their autographs, though. But wow, still, what an amazing experience. Although those Fuse people seem bitchy.

I know what you mean about feeling depressed. I don't bring this up too much, because people seem to not care...but I got to meet Garbage when I was 16. ^_^ I know that Shirley and the boys are very gracious with their fans (like her winking at you, how sweet!) because they all let me hug them, ask annoying questions, get autographs...*sigh* Honestly, even though that was about seven years ago, I don't feel desperate to meet them again. How could I, after fifteen minutes of having them mostly to myself? As you know, it's something that's impossible to forget, actually meeting your idols.

Shirley is very tiny, isn't she? When she was standing right in front of me, I remember thinking she was much smaller than I'd imagined--I'm about 5'6" and she was my height and so petite. She was wearing a sleeveless black shirt, and when I hugged her, I was shocked that anyone's skin could be that soft.

I sincerely hope that you can meet them again and get some hugs. You're such a devoted fan, you deserve it.
