The Philly show was incredible.

I'm still glowing from it.

I feel like just sitting here and thinking about it today, because if I talk about it too much, I'll corrupt it's memory or something, lol.

I'll type a full review later, if I have the energy *really tired and achy*, but I can say it was definitely the best out of the three G shows I have been to...Shirley looked and sounded better than ever, her energy level was 100 times better than the BG tour...the entire band seemed really happy and grateful that the audience was so into it, and the lighting and special effects backdrop monitor was a really great touch. The crowd screamed along to every song, even the new ones (they knew all the words already), and everyone went apeshit when WDYLM started playing. I was in the front row and made eye contact with Shirley several times (she looked SO amazing) and with Butch and Duke, too. I got a lot of nice photos, I think, since I was so close and there were so many prime opportunities. Shirley's throat specialist was in the audience and Shirley gave her a shout out and thanked her for saving her voice. You can kind of tell that the 5 songs they played from the album are becoming fan favorites...especially BLM and SINTE. Bad Boyfriend was also really popular and obviously, as I said WDYLM. And RBTE actually sounds amazing live and everyone was really into it. After the concert, me and two friends, Mike and Bianca, were trying to get backstage but we found out that the band left right away because the fucking Handsome Boy Modeling School was coming on at 11pm (funny story about that later) and because they had to leave for Boston. But I got 2 shirts and a poster...the merchandise is so cool on this tour. I got the white tank top with Shirley on it and the Bleed Like Me black tee with Shirley in a religious iconic pose on it.
I had to walk a mile to get back to the subway, and it was cool because I found out that there several G fans on the subway and they were all excited from the concert as well. And then in the 30th Street station, there were more fans again...a lot of love for Garbage in Philly that night, lol.

I'm going to the NY concert in 2 days as well...which means I won't get my usual post-concert depression just yet, lol.

But yeah...the show was so amazing...I really don't see how any person, fan OR journalist, could say that that concert wasn't dead on perfect.
