Oricon: Favourite Artist Ranking 2010 Translation

Onto the main topic, yesterday, Ori★Suta revealed the results of their annual Favourite Artist Ranking poll!
As most of you already read this, explanation from tokyohive:
According to 20,000 music fans, popular JE group Arashi now deserves to be called the “Favorite Artist” for 2010.
Since 2004, Ori★Suta has been conducting this poll annually. The survey records the opinions of both male and female participants, from varying age groups. It was only last year that Arashi made it to the list, earning the respectable 4th place - yet today, they already bagged the No. 1 spot.
The poll revealed that not only did Arashi achieve the overall top rank, but also placed 1st in 7 out of 14 categories. These results demonstrate that the group is well-liked by many, regardless of sex or age.
The latest issue of Ori★Suta will be released on the 10th and will contain the polls conducted.

Without having much to say, as the aboved mentioned artists are seen everywhere in their respective generation of music scenes, Arashi's power and strength stood out here too. Having appearing on dramas, variety shows, music programs, and TV, it is almost impossible not to see their shows being aired in a day. Just like that, their music and their own individualities are being spread as well.

By the way, the top 3 for female in their thirties are Arashi, B'z and Fukuyama Masaharu, all good-looking men in a row. They have high expectations for an artist -- Good looks and good voices...... But isn't that only restricted to females in their thirties......!? (The ranking for Arashi, B'z and Fukuyama are 2nd, 3rd and 5th respectively for the overall thirties ranking, which is not much difference to the female ranking)

Ranking first in the females in their fourties, of course, the reasons given such as, "There's nothing you can hate about them", "Each and every one of them have prominent individuality", are hugely supported by females of all generation and ages but males in their 40s also stated the same, and their votes greatly influenced the result of this survey.
