Thanks for the update! So glad Shiremom is doing well after her cataract surgery. And, that you got on Medicaid after the delay. I understand about getting sick of the white stuff. We don't have a lot (yet), but here it generally stays cold for a long time so once we have some it doesn't go away for a while. We'll probably have at least some white stuff on the ground (and roofs and such) until March or so. Fortunately, I have offspring to do the shoveling, though. ;-)

My enjoyment of snow lasts for exactly 1 snowfall, then I'm ready for spring warmth and flowers. I just don't do well with slippy-sliding around. :/

You know, fear of drivig in snow is what's stopped me from moving to my parent's home state: MN.

Eeeee, MN looks like a super-cold, super-wintry state.

My across-the-street neighbor was amused to see me shoveling... the shovel is bigger than I am!

Sounds like your little family is doing well & getting adjusted. You'll be an old hand with snow driving in no time. Good to hear mom's surgery went well and good news about your Medicaid.
