justjuns: Jinpei wants to make up a drink and call it 'The Dinah' for his new place (he'll be running a bar lounge sometime soon).
justjuns: It's one of his ways as saying 'Thank you'. He'd tell you himself but he's shy.
prettybirddinah: Oh. Well, thank him for me ... I'm not much of a drinker, so whatever he comes up with will be fine, I'm sure.

prettybirddinah: How was the party?
justjuns: Is now a good time for you?
justjuns: There's something I have to say to you. I hope you're willing to hear it.
prettybirddinah: Okay, shoot.
justjuns: Joe made it clear to me that it was unacceptable to you that I snatched the bracelet from you in San Francisco.
justjuns: That was rude of me. And disrespectful of you as his dear friend and ally.
justjuns: I have no excuse for my behavior.
justjuns: Please accept my apology -- or not. I wish only to put it out there.
prettybirddinah: Why did you take it?
justjuns: I was deeply ashamed for missing the rendevous.
justjuns: Among other, emotional riptides that you are aware of.
prettybirddinah: Yes, I'm aware of them.
justjuns: I've never seen one of those bracelets in the hand of someon who wasn't ninjatai or a cleared ISO operative.
prettybirddinah: I still wish you hadn't done that. I'd promised Joe I'd hold it until I could return it to him with my own hands.
justjuns: And the last time I'd seen Joe's bracelet and it wasn't with him, he'd been dying somewhere.
justjuns: And so I caused you to break your promise.
justjuns: Gomen.
prettybirddinah: In a word, yeah.
prettybirddinah: Your apology is accepted.
