Hope may be on to something up there. Maybe there's something we're not seeing because of the low light.

I'm starting to believe so. We were given a candle and matches, but the light they provide is only so bright.

I think I'll be having curried goat for dinner ...

These old houses had separate hidden doors for vassals, right? Maybe we're supposed to try to find those? I wouldn't be surprised.

I didn't think of that...Servant doors may lead us to useful work items as well.

Admittedly I didn't think of it either until I realized how old the house might really be. They might be hard to see with all the wear unless we put good light on it.

I'm not familiar with this type of house layout, other than from traditional inns. If we could place a time period on the place, it would be helpful.
