Uber crapload update

Many, many things have happened that I wish I could go into detail about. But there's just WAY too much.

-my IHS kids graduated (see Facebook album)
-I almost cried when they got their diplomas
-Jon turned eighteen (see Facebook album)
-I got a great schedule for the last week of July that'll leave some time open for Seth to come visit :3 We'll see how this works out, but I remain optimistic!
-I had an epiphany, and now I can't remember what it was.
-I think I'm falling even more in love..

Last night I had two grad parties to go to-- one was for Kirstie, Ashley's little sister, and the other was Jon's birthday/graduatio/Eagle Scout celebration. I kept my promise and zipped over to the Canoe Club for Kirstie's party, but since I got off work at 9 and got lost on the way, I didn't get there til about 9:45 x__x I must've driven past it about four times! The sign is so poorly marked that it's hard to see it in the dark.
I got there, and it was pretty much over. D: But I helped clear up and hung around catching up with everyone. I think there were only five of us out of a group of 12 that were alumni. XD
I felt so bad about missing the party that when someone suggest bowling, I agreed to go, thinking it'd only be about 2 hours or so (it was about 10:30 by the time we decided to leave.) Called Jon and told him I'd be late, to which he replied that they'd be going to Blockbuster to get some movies and didn't know when they'd be back, and to call him after we got out of bowling.
It was hilarious, cos so many people drove themselves to the party that we had like an 8-car train leaving the site. XD Nobody wants to ride with me.. Is it the tinted stalker windows? XD Possibly.
We all met up at Jen's house to drop off cars and decide whose cars to carpool in, and as we left I had a feeling I should've driven myself like Zach did just in case I wanted to leave early. I thought we were going to Maiden Lane, but it turned out to be a place named Bowl-a-Roll in freaking Henrietta, a half-hour drive away.
BUT THEY HAD COSMIC BOWLING.
Disco balls, strobe lights, dance music.. ten people in two lanes.
I dare you to tell me that doesn't spell FUN. :D
The first round, I got a 104. Not too bad for not having bowled for quite a while. Then I lost next time when I started a habit of twisting my wrist as I threw the ball.
Cotton-Eyed Joe came on, and Alex and Joelle remembered the line-dance sequence to it and started doing it. Then I caught on and all three of us kept dancing til my left leg was sore XD I wish someone took a video of it, cos hearing the group whooping and hollering at us was hilarious.
We didn't end up leaving til like 1:30am @__@ I was like "oh shit, this ain't good."
Winry must've been doing like 75 on the highway, and Zach eventually passed us. God it would've been funny if she'd gotten a ticket. *meanie*
AS soon as I got back to Jen's, I grabbed my car and left immediately. Now Jon and his friends are NIGHT-OWLS, so I called his cell phone: no answer. Dawson's cell: no answer (a big surprise.), then the house phone: no answer again. I left a message for him to call me and figured out that they were likely asleep already.. lightweights.
I got home and got to talk to my baby. :3

So I can say that was a pretty eventful night all in all.

And now, I leave for work.
A better update will come when I get home at 10:30.

friends, family
