Danse Macabre rar!
I'm not dead. I was just ill on and off during the past 5 days. I'd be feeling great and then like total crap. Ah well.
I started reading LKH's latest Anita Blake book last night and...well I have to say in the first 11 chapters I am not exactly impressed yet. JC seems toned down to me and instead of AB being the ball of angst, everyone else is being angsty for her. Sad days. I am hoping that will change.
I have Edward addicted the the Three Kingdoms books and I am totally thrilled about that.
Other than that, I am completely irritated with work and will be happily looking for a new job when I return from Japan. While it pays amazingly well and all, I just can't handle doing this as a career. I know, geez, I am entirely way too picky.
Had some good times with Blythe this past weekend, though I feel sorry that we kept her up until 4am one night @_@ Just about killed me too. She might just get sick of us ^_~
Must get back to work. Off I go!
PS Totally bummed I didn't make it to AX, but even more bummed I didn't get to go to any con this year. But I will stop complaining this instant because I just know people are going to retort with "Yes but you're going to JAPAN!...stupid."
