Life has never made quite this much sense.
[Samuel can be seen at Crustacean Cove on lobster-back, wearing a "My Captain ported at Isle Des Saphir and all I got was this lousy t-shirt" t-shirt, nibbling a heaping cone of Oyster-sauce ice cream

It was from there that she was taking the long route back to Thymops Town. After all, she couldn't resist seeing if some of the passengers were indulging themselves with a giant-lobster ride.]

His mount shuffled along the cobbled streets of Thymops Town so Samuel could take in some sightseeing- Ooh, an opium den!- when he passed by what could only be described as an attractive but uncouth blonde woman. "Most likely a local maid.", Samuel thought. Ladies like these thrive on male attention, old boy, so we might as meddle to give her a story to tell the other washer-wenches."
Samuel straightened up. His eyebrows curled cunningly and he gave a slight, cocky nod in Meth's direction.]
Madame~

Scandalous!
When she looked up to the man riding the lobster through town, she gave him a glance in passing. She didn't recognize him or his voice off-hand, but it was obvious he was a passenger. What was a nice surprise was the polite address he issued her. Meth hesitated a moment, and then inclined her own head (not as low as Samuel of course) with a quirk of her eyebrow.]
Sir.

After that completely innocent exchange, Samuel and his head-friend were immediately distracted. His eyes drop. His face goes pale.
That must be the slenderest ankle he's ever...
--Not now, Samuel! Be a charmer!]
I-I... oh my. Ahem. Ahhhh. Rather nice, the evening. Yes?
[ooc: And suddenly, playing Samuel and playing Lenny wasn't so different after all.]

...was he looking at her feet? Meth looked down at them, wondering if something had crawled across. As far as she could tell they were just a bit dirty from all the walking around.]
It's fine, I suppose...
[Meth flexed her toes in the sandals a moment, finding them somewhat stiff from her travels.]
Enjoying your...lobster ride?

[The toes. They moved. Samuel's heart raced. Try to ignore them! He looked away defiantly.]
...Quite satisfying. Have you ever taken a trip on shell-back? It's nice to both see the seeables and take a moment to get off your... feet.
[The blood rushed in multiple directions, none of them up. he twitched a bit as he risked a glance down his nose. Sandals.]

...well she'd heard of people like him before but she'd never met one before. Meth gave him a smile, entirely predatory. After all, it was so rare she found new toys to bat around.]
Can't say that I have just yet. I spent most of my time on my feet as it is, so I'm used to walking more. It helps to have such excellent arches and well formed toes of course.
[She held up a foot slightly and wiggled her toes as if to demonstrate how well formed it was. Aren't they lovely, Sam?]

[Arches.]
Perhaps I could... study up a smidge. It never hurts to be more well-rounded.
[As well-rounded as her heels, right? Samuel nearly swooned in his seat. He shook his head and feigned a smile, trying to keep his eyes on her face- how challenging!]
How do you find island living? I've taken quite the liking to it myself. I still prefer the nautical way, however. I'm a sailor, you see!
[That should impress her!]

There's nothing wrong with acquiring more knowledge when it presents itself.
[Deities, he was twitchy. It amused her to keep a steady eye on him as he seemed unable to figure out where to look. What was strange was that unlike most men, his eyes weren't drifting toward her chest. Meth didn't mind of course. His body language seemed more submissive that way and well, Meth rather liked that.]
So you're a sailor hm? How fascinating. Tell me more, hm?

Oh yes. I came on one of the best vessels to sail the salty- The Elegante. I'm sure you've had a chance to gaze upon her, resting loftily at your little dock. Yes, I'm a heartily respected man on board- no turns are tended without my approval!
[He nodded in delusional self-satisfaction.]
