First, thank you Ma'am, for your mysterious but impressive repair job on the hole in my ship. It doesn't appear to be leaking anymore, and I'd be very much upset if I either had to deal with water damage to my second piano, or if I'd had to somehow push it up a level out of danger. And pianos are not exactly light..
Secondly..there seems to be some sort of a party going on in that City. All the lights have shorted out, but every once in a while I catch a glimpse of bright green. It's dark on the Virginian as well, which I don't quite understand. How can a power outage to a city reach my poor vessel on the water? But that seems to be the least of the mysteries about this place.
I've lit a few candles and the stars are coming out, so light streams in onto the keyboard. I can hear the music coming from the square, and while very different from what I play, it's quite inspiring. I'll have a lot to keep me occupied in the coming weeks..
