A/N: This fic is written as a companion piece to the Three Doors! story I wrote with my partner in crime rebel_with_soul who thinks that Spike isn't the type of vampire a slayer could marry one day. The idea was inspired by part three of the story, "What Comes Around," when Buffy meets Pike, her husband form an alternate reality. It was also inspired by a few comments made by our devoted readers, who I think wanted to see some wedding bells for the two. Personally, I'm not much into the whole Spuffy wedding thing. But I think it's mostly due to the stigma placed on it in role-play. You just don't marry characters if you don't want people to point and laugh at you. But after rereading the entire story while posting, my mind has changed a little. And okay, I'm done rambling.
