It's true, Oxford_bred isn't a writer but that doesn't mean she or anyone else can't have an opinion about your writing.

She just facetimed me and told me she's been banned from commenting on this story and I swear, I've never seen her laugh so hard. She had tears and she could barely get the words out. Oh, and she now knows who your beta was, which made her laugh even harder.

Also, even in times of Covid, my parents were both in the hospital a couple of weeks ago and we were allowed to see them, so long as we had the doctor's permission and wore masks etc. Somehow I think in your Mom's situation, a doctor would grant you that. And if not, you should fight it. I would have told the doc to "f*ck off" if she told me I couldn't visit my own mother, ESPECIALLY if she'd just had a stroke and a heart attack. So I can't fault Oxford for wondering that. I was too.

Anyway, it's just as well you banned her because she said she was just getting warmed up haha. She may be a troll when it comes to this story, but she did make some valid points. #justsayin. And she said she's still going to read it to see what happens next. She said
"It's a bloody train wreck. And yet I can't will myself to look away. I just hope Hugh/Jen/Jesse never get wind of this. They'd be APPALLED."

Unbelievable! Now she's going through a third party to leave a comment! Retta, I have no problem with anyone leaving an opinion. But she's not leaving an opinion. If you go back and look at her comments, especially the last one, you'll see that it was full of rude insults! Please do me a favor and not get in the middle of this. I'm respectfully asking this of you as one of my favorite authors.
