Summary: The Master's large eyes grew to almost twice their size. Another time, Ani might have laughed, but he felt a shift in Yoda's emotions that told him instinctively that something was wrong. He sucked in a breath and waited, hoping he hadn't managed to offend the oldest and wisest of the Jedi.

Dar, your grasp of Yoda's voice is incredibly in character. I love how well you write him.

This chapter was a very nice one. I love those moments between Ani and his father. The love they feel for one another is palpable.

Qui-Gon's appearance is interesting, as are Ani's dreams. I feel so sorry for him, carrying such burdens on his shoulders, but if Qui-Gon remains to help guide him, perhaps things will be okay in the end.

(I can't help being the eternal optimist.)

Thanks. I have to admit, stargatefangurl and Aruna help with Yoda, but that means a lot because he is SO important. He must be done well or it just wouldn't be Star Wars.

This I think is my favorite chapter. Yoda is so incredibly written, exactly as he should be. Ani's learning, and actually grasping what Yoda explains to him, and hurrah! Qui-Gon again! (I lurves him almost as much as Obi) Excellent chapter. I enjoyed it muchly!

Wow, I have to admit I wasn't totally expecting Ani to stay by the time we got there to the end. All the "this place feels good" and the rapport between him and Yoda... good job stringing us along.

Honestly? There were a few moments I was like, "Crap...he's NOT supposed to stay at the temple...this is going too well..." There are several things that have happened totally differently from the way they were outlined, or even weren't supposed to happen at all, but I couldn't let that one go the way it seemed to want, so I'm glad Ani's decision was believable.

"Remember, you must that in the Force, those who die still remain," Yoda told him." Is there a word missing? Did you mean trust? Or am I dingy? Just waking up...

"Know this Dark Man, do you, young Kenobi?" Chills ran up and down my arms, as Anakin talks about his dreams..

"Master Yoda, I want to stay with my father," WOOHOO..perhaps Anakin's dreams reveals the death and destruction at the temple...

This is just an AWESOME story...and very believable. I feel like I'm right in this story.. able to see everything...each chapter is amazing..

lol, no the line's right, but I think the comma's in the wrong place. In Non-Yoda english, the line is supposed to be "You must remember that, in the Force, those who die still remain."

The short comment cracked me up. The interaction between Ani & Qui-Gon before Yoda could notice was priceless.

The Dark Side will ruin a lot, huh? Well, at least Ani should be there to watch over his siblings... That's so weird (in a good way): Luke & Leia with Kenobi genes. ^^;

Well, after a day and a half I've caught up from scratch, so now I'll have to hope for an update. ;) Hopefully sometime next week? ^^

I was having lunch and I randomly thought "Ani should meet Yoda...OMG..."I've never met anyone shorter than me before!" and then I started talking to Aruna. Never let me and Aruna get talking unless you want to see some really strange creative leaps. I can't promise where Ani will or won't be. All I can say is, Star Wars, largely, is about the love between a brother and sister.

Update's coming. Possibly tonight, if not by Tuesday.
