Plans for the weekend...
After this crazy weekend ends and I do all my paper works and tests I think I am going to rent some movies (And start my Lost fic, and do my music videos and plan my schedule to study for my internship and residence tests). I didn't watch movies for a while now because Lost consumes my free time and because I have no energy left (It's also been a while since I don't read, but it's basically because in spite I also don't have energy since I have to read so many text books I have no money to buy and books are expensive... but if anyone wants to donate a book for a poor friend, be my guest... I can read in english, portuguese and possible spanish :P). Anyway, I need good movie recommendations, when I say good... really really really good movies. Interesting movies, not Oscar movies that are predictable and boring and even hypocrite at times like Beautiful mind. I don't want silly movies with no creativity and that ends always the same with horrible characters. I save it from my annual "let's rent a movie because I like this actor" thing I do (I saw Dude where is my car and Daredevil because of Jennifer Garner LOL)... Plus I will be renting some sappy movies so I can pick those. I like usually movies from festivals and stuff...
My list of movies: The eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Kill Bill vol 1 and 2, Pulp fiction, American psycho, Run Lola run, Secretary (LOL, I love that movie because I am a sick bastard), Amelie Poulain, I want to be John Malkovish, Adaptation (Gotta love Charlie Kaufman craziness), Mulholand Dr., I heart Huckabees (sp?), Closer, Donnie Darko, Magnolia, Crash, Billy Elliot, Almost Famous, The Royal Tenembaus, Brokeback Mountain, We don't live here anymore, Memento, Garden State, Old boys (A korean movie with a very sick end that I got so my friend Polly said that I was a sick person for thinking that... boooo Polly! LOL).
So yeah, I am a bitch when it comes down to movies. But no, I don't think I am those bitches that thinks they're better than anyone else just because they watch indie movies and have smart hats. It's just personal taste, I like some pretty crappy movies.
Well, I will back to studies. I answer all my posts latter.
