Adventures in flat hunting

I have to submit a reference from my landlady who lives in America and is 7-8 hours behind me and probably still asleep AND my last three bank statements to the estate agent by the end of today
both hotmail and the bank website are down
also I’ve let my mum think I can still back out of taking the place because she wants to look at it before I move in and check it’s not going to kill me, but in reality I am totally on the hook for a £2000 deposit at the very least
she’s agreed to come down and look at it tomorrow. The agent just told me he can only do tonight. The move-in date is Sunday.
but it’s fine what’s the worst that can happen oh yeah homelessness and dying of stress and maternal disappointment AGGGGGGGGHHHHH (*screams recede into the distance*)
