I tend to steer clear of LoTR slash - I think because I first read it very young. And the post-film Aragorn/Legolas squeeing really put me off, I have to admit. (Yes, Orlando Bloom is pretty! So?) This, though, is a pairing I'd never thought of, but it seems so obvious now. Canon, as you say. Thank-you for bringing it to my attention, and I'll be checking out some of those fics!

Well written and very interesting to read. I confess I only made it half was through Return of the King book wise so from there on I only have the movies to go off of but this sounds wonderful. (I was never a fan of Aragorn/Legolas).
