Title: Those Chosen By The Planet

Fandom: Final Fantasy VII, with reference to Advent Children and Crisis Core.
Pairing: Aeris(th) Gainsborough/Sephiroth
Spoilers: For everything, basically.
Notes: I've done my best to focus this essay on the original game, and I've used the name Aeris rather than Aerith largely out of habit.

( Because nothing says 'I love you' like a sword straight through the gut. )

This is a really good essay. I can't say I'm active at all in the FF7 fandom, so can't really talk about conversion, but the whole thing is really well organized, thought out, and looks cool (from a pure - well - looks angle).

I just wanted to let you know I liked the essay, I guess!

This just reminds me, that, way, way long ago, there used to be a big anime wallpaper site that also housed fanfiction, and I read the greatest Aeris/Sephiroth fanfic ever there. The two of them were living up in the Northern Crater.
Then the fanfics were taken out and...I lost it. I wish I could find that fic.

That's Serena Lee's site and the fic is So Here I Am. I was pretty down when Serena changed the focus of her site too.
