Thanks for this! I agree that the GM/Maeby really added to the humor (and sometimes sweetness) of the show - and that's pretty rare for a sitcom pairing IMHO.

It was arrested development.

Such a great essay! To answer your question, I'd say the main AD community would be the_bluths. Also I'm the mod at bluthcest, and would love for you to post a link on there to this essay! The other AD communities would probably love it as well, since none of us would exactly hate a chance to read about our favorite show. :D
