CHARACTER. INTRODUCTIONS.
XELLOSS METALLIUM
"Sore wa...himitsu desu!"
That is Xelloss Metallium's favorite quote. Who the hell is this crazy authoress describing? Xelloss Metallium, my favorite character in the Slayers fandom. He is one who just tickles my fancy for learning about him. I will go into a brief description of his character.
Xelloss Metallium is the mazoku created from Greater Beast Zellas Metallium. We might not know much about Zellas-sama, but we do know a lot about Xelloss, from seeing him. To some people, he's annoying, but to me and to the other fans, he's quite the comedian at times. If you looked at Xelloss, you would see his age standing at nearly eighteen, if not less. But, his real age is somewhere near the thousand range. But, as you all should know if you seen Slayers, Xelloss is not male nor female, he is androgynous, or genderless as people would say. The group he is in is with Lina-tachi. Who is Lina and who is in the group? Glad you asked! In that group resides Lina Inverse, a sorceress. Gourry Gabriev, who I believe is a swordsman. Zelgadiss Graywords, a chimera. Amelia wil Telsa Saillune, the one who is a pacifist in the group,. Filia ul Copt, the dragoness who she follows Xelloss for he killing her clan eight-hundred years ago. That describes this hunky-dorky group that Xelloss is correlated with. For a brief summary, Xelloss is the most complex character in the series to me.
Now, let's get on with Sailor Galaxia, shall we?
SAILOR GALAXIA
"Steal the Star Seeds, my loyal anaminates...for it'll serve you well."
That is a quote that I made up, but it does pertain to Sailor Galaxia. Who am I describing? Sailor Galaxia, my favorite villain-turned-good in the Bishoujo Senshi Seeraa Muun. She is one character who I admire. Shall I go into a brief description? I think I will!
Sailor Galaxia, at first, I thought was a total and complete bitch to begin with, but actually as I read the manga, I really felt sorry and related with her a lot. Sailor Galaxia is not introduced until when she takes away Chiba Mamoru's(Darien Shields) Star Seed. What's a Star Seed you might ask? A Star Seed holds the hopes and dreams and powers of that person. Sailor Galaxia made herself known at that exact airport where Tsukino Usagi(Serena 'does she really have a last name in the dub? If so, then I am ignoring it. The dub sucks and it butchers the original. >[) was saying goodbye when Mamoru was leaving for America. This all leads up to the events of where Galaxia "kills" the following senshi, using her anaminates.

Luna, Artemis and Diana by Sailor Tin Nyanko
Sailoruranus, Sailorneptune, Sailorsaturn and Sailorpluto by Sailor Galaxia herself in their respective castles.
Sailorstarfighter, Sailorstarmaker, Sailorstarhealer and Princess Kakyuu by Sailorphi and Sailorchi.
I am guessing that Galaxia killed Sailormars and Sailorvenus soon after.
This all leads up to the fact that she is sadistic and power-hungry, but she did all of this to scare and attack Usagi where it hurt, in her heart.
SUBTEXT EVIDENCE?
There is actual subtext evidence that this pairing works. Why? I'll list some reasons as to of why.
They are both power-hungry
This describes them just right! For Xelloss, he hangs around Lina because of her power as a sorceress.
For Galaxia, she steals the star seeds of the sailor senshi--the lives of people who is on her universal conquest for power.
They are both sadistic.
I will describe Galaxia's sadism first. Galaxia is a sadistic person who she really doesn't care for lives at all. She's ruthless in battle, and she is one of the villains who knew where to attack Usagi--in her heart. Galaxia doesn't care for lives, so she continued to go on her universal slaughter, which was to attack and kill everyone who opposed her or not. She considered just what everyone was--either a punk or a spineless puta. Herself, she was quite powerful and she didn't take shit from anyone. This was considering that she was sadistic, and she was.
Well, all the times he helps Lina throughout the series isn't because he's nice: he's getting something out of it, whether negative emotions for food or because he was ordered to. In the second series, he helps Lina kill Seigram but it wasn't because he was being nice to her. He only wanted Seigram dead. So, he only goes along with the group if it will benefit him somehow. In the third series, Xellos shows that he's not very nice at all. A lot of moments in the series show that he wouldn't hesitate to kill the people in Lina's group if it would help his master or him. He also enjoys toying with people. There are many times in the second and third series when he gives them information, that while true, is incomplete. His famous line of "It's a secret!" is a way he can keep from telling the whole story. He enjoys watching people suffer, because, as a mazoku, the negative emotions provide him nourishment.
They are both powerful.
This is a very debatable topic between most of the anime characters that we've seen thus far. Maybe we should delve into this a little bit more. This is how both Xelloss and Galaxia are powerful.
Xelloss is born from a part of Greater Beast Lord Zellas Metallium, and in fact, she gave Xelloss all of her power when he was created from her. Plus, he has a lot of unknown power.
Galaxia has these types of attacks that she uses
Galactica Inflation
Galactica Superstring
Levitation
A slight transport ability
And amongst other things. She has the bracelets and the Saffer Crystal, and not to mention all of the power of the Sailorsenshi she killed.

I used to have a good link to Sailor Galaxia tidbits/information, but I believe it's been taken offline, so here is a little bit of Sailor Galaxia information, but it's not the greatest as that one site I used to have.
Right now, there is no particular fanlisting for this couple, but they still have their own seperate fanlistings located at TAFL. You need to look in the BISHOUJO SENSHI SEERAA MUUN fanlistings and then the SLAYERS fanlistings for the fanlistings on these two characters.
