I was so pleasantly surprised to see this ship manifesto show up on my friends-list tonight, and even more so when I saw who had written it ^_^ I've always loved your works, and I already knew you genuinely care for this pairing very much.

It was great. Reminded me how much I've always loved this pairing, and how perfect they are for each other. And you're right about Tsubasa; seeing them in it (and still together) is more of a treat for us fans than anything else ^^;

I will definitely have to check out those recs later. I haven't read nearly enough good fic for these two, as I never really got involved in this fandom.

And...I understand that you didn't want to rec any of your own work, but just as a note for anyone else who sees this, can I add that your own fic Alter Egos has always been one of my major fanfic loves (over all my fandoms), and the way you have the Touya/Yukito pairing in it seems perfect to me. Any T/Y fan should definitely read it

Thanks so much. I do think it's tacky to rec myself, but I am proud of that piece.

This is one of those pairings I just drift back into, no matter how long it's been since I've seen the anime. Definitely a OTP - one of my first shonen ai loves.

Also, I just edited the HTML, so there's a section on Yue you probably missed. ^_^

Actually, I somehow managed to read that part before it got messed up, and it the html was only messed up after I posted my comment... Strange ^^; But I did manage to read it already. I love Yue, how could I miss the part about him? ^_^

Twas my fault. I corrected something on my draft copy (which I copied and pasted), forgetting I'd made the HTML correction in the actual one right before posting.

Yue is awesome. He needs some anti-depressants, but watching the way his expression changes as he learns to like Sakura is priceless.

He really is. I own only the last six volumes of the manga and don't care about owning the first half, in part because he's not really in them ^_^; My love for him is actually one of the reasons I love that fic I recced above so much. Not to mention that I've always been interested in mpd (multiple personality disorder, for others) ^_^; So, the combination of the two, along with a character interacting with a psychiatrist (something else I've also found very interesting ^^;) and Touya/Yukito mentions and excellent writing? What more could I ask for?

Have you seen Sukisho? (or Sukisyo, as it's sometimes called) It's a shounen-ai/yaoi anime (not manga - the manga is slightly different, and I think both the anime and the manga are based on a dating game *shrug*) where both the main characters have alters. It's already been picked up, not sure by whom, so it's not available on bittorrent (and I don't know enough to tell you where you can find it other than that) anymore, unfortunately. it's a fairly good series from what I've seen. :)

Anyway, yes, I've seen all 12 episodes of Sukisyo. And yes, it is based on a dating sim (which is about...4 games total, I think, something like that), and it does have a one volume manga wihch is very different (I read most of that way before the anime came out). And it got picked up by Media Blasters, though they're not going to be dubbing it, just selling the dvds with a sub track. By the way, supposidly there's going to be an ova coming out for it...like, an 'episode 13'. I heard something about hot springs, but who knows.
