Go For Fringe!
Probably already missed the Fringe renewal dance party, but seriously this is great news! I have great faith that Community will be renewed and hold out hope (with Bill Lawrence) that Cougar Town will be as well. Seriously, those three coming back next year would make this the best ending to a nail-biting, ratings-obsessed, depressed-at-the-state-of-the-tv-watching-public television season I've been living through since Community was taken off the air. They are three of the absolute best shows on air right now and I really want to see them finish properly. And now Fringe is getting its chance!!
The last few episodes have been so good, they've completely restored my enthusiasm for the show. Once we got Our Olivia back, everything was roses to me. And poor woobie Lincoln might have a chance at happiness now too. (Yes, it's sad alt!Linc died but I really thought our guy was going down since he had NOTHING left in our world. I also never got too attached to alt!Linc in this timeline as he didn't have the touching scenes with alt!Liv that he had in the original. ::shrugs:::) He has to be around next season, with the whole alt-world crew, if only in the present timeline (since I'm of the opinion it may be split into future segments with super awesome badass-like-her-mom Etta and our Fringies battling or preparing to battle the Observer invasion. I also seriously need to see Olivia with her baby girl, in the present and the future, hopefully. I'm so hoping Olivia isn't actually dead in 2036. Walter never said Bell killed her, after all, and Etta really seemed to think her mom would be among the ambered Fringe team. Need to see them together, guys. The father-daughter realization/hug at the end killed me but good, yet I need me some Olivia, really and truly. Everybody needs some Olivia Dunham, everybody.
