actually to me, it's drawing style dependent. The drawing style on the cover looks okay to me.... (have you seen shotamon? That draws them as chubby chibi... now that's what GROSSES me out the most)
if I were to vote for only one... it would still be 1. xD
Actually, the inner style is slightly different from the cover. I suspect it's a sort of anthology containing 3 stories or so... (I've seen that doujin, btw. It squicked me terribly :x)
