NANA had become my favorite series in the slice-of-life genre. it's so real, plotwise and characters. not to mention Ren and Takumi are hawt. everyone's shortcomings is what makes them real. it's somewhat tragic but not overly dramatic because as I've said, the characters are just your ordinary imperfect human beings. they'll surely give you the right dose of amusement when the situation needs it. and everybody makes sense. or at least strives to have some. but aren't we all like that?

currently obsessing over this song, first ending theme of the anime.

I cried when Reira performed this song during the TRAPNEST concert in the anime.

OLIVIA was Reira's singing voice in the NANA anime. I read somewhere that Ai Yazawa (the mangaka) specifically asked for OLIVIA to do Reira's singing voice. in the live-action movie, Reira was played by Yuna Ito, who was equally pretty (face and voice).

if I don't find these posters (NANA 2) anywhere, maybe I'll have them printed on tarps and turn them into wall-scrolls. XD I really want them displayed in my room even if they're just fictional bands...who cares anyway?





I just can't believe though that Kyou Nobuo, who played Ren Honjo (the cool bassist then of BLAST/Oosaki Nana's man) in the second movie, is also the narcissistic Himejima "Oscar" Masao of Hana Kimi Ikemen Paradise. @_@
