I have avoided the ACML Discussions due to working for Diamond Comics. I have mostly been puting up information to let people know what is going on. I think we end up (on the DVD side) of things where there is by order runs of DVD's (A Direct Market like in comics). Is that a good thing or bad time will only tell?

The whole Disney/Marvel thing doesn't have me worried in the least; I'm kinda looking forward to whatever bizarre chimeras come forth, such as say Goofy with Wolverine's blades. But that's beside the point.

The point is, you're right, there will be war. It will be messy, expensive, and there will be casualties, followed by fandom's equivalent of a nuclear winter.
