Queen's day!
Queensday was so much fun yesterday!!
First I had to wait till the weather got better since it rained for a while then the sun came back but around 14:30 it was still dry so I tried my luck :P I went to a fleemarket with some friends, well mostly we just sat outside a small café, drank a little bit, ate tons of snack food and ate tons of candy.. yes we're sick!! And we were hungry again around 18:00 so another trip to the snackbar lol.. Around 8 we decided to head for the main street where the city had located three different stages with different bands.. One stage was a bit Après Ski music or however you call that in english, well it's more that fun kind of Dutch music.. Jan Smit (LOVE HIS MUSIC :P) and that kind of music, well the dutch people and maybe even the German people know what I mean :P And in my opinion the other two stages were a bit alike with music, but it was mostly english music varying from current music to old classics like 'Girls just wanna have fun' and music like that... also fun, but I kind stayed at that Apres Ski stage... much more fun!!!
I screamed/yelled so much that my voice hurts right now.. lol.. And all the walking I did, my feet were killing me!! It wasn't normal.. Of course we also ate two times during the night.. LOL we just ate too much yesterday but it's allowed... At least I celebrated the Queen's birthday really well :) And all the walking I did, all those pounds should fly off my body :P
But in the end it was a succesfull saturday... I really enjoyed myself and the fact that I have an entire week off from school is even better!! I'm really getting anxious to buy or order the Gilmore Girls DVD's.. In the stores they're a bit expensive so I'm leaning toward the purchasing them on the net more and more.. I even watched two season 1 episodes (Break up saga) this morning when I was awake really early and those kids next door kept me awake :P and the movie 'Meet the Fockers' lol..
