You've pretty much nailed it on the head about what Sylar's weakness is. A weakness Angela Petrelli has herself seized upon to her advantage.

And although I don't think Noah would actually feel sympathy for Sylar, not after Claire's violation, you've done a wonderful job of presenting a realistic senario for the possiblities of this Sylar/Noah storyline
