Merry Christmas, doods. I am spending it chillin' with family and binging on the new games I got (Borderlands, which I opened early because my little sister pester like a mofo for an early present, Dragon Age Origins, and Mass Effect 2, which I'll get when it comes out). Given that the president has to have been born a US citizen, it's impossible to elect an alien. If sometime in the far future we elected someone of extraterrestrial descent who was born in the US, then we would have crossed species boundaries.

See, that's US law. But this is president of Earth, so they'd just have to be born on the planet, I guess. Still, man. It's weird thinking of a planet that's a 'homeworld' as having a sentient species lead that isn't originally from that world.

Oh wow, I totally missed the "president of Earth" bit. ... I really hope we never have a world government like that with a president as the sole leader. I'm pretty sure that would fail hardcore.

Yeah, probably, but I'm not thinking that indepth on the subject. It was just my random thought coming home from work Wednesday and it's been popping back into my head every so often.

...Uh, yeah. :p There's also a lesbian scene and a hetero scene. Two of the characters are bisexuals while another two are straight romance options.

Yeah, but a lot of games of hetero and lesbian scenes, when they have those scenes at all. BUT A BUTTSEX SCENE. It's kind of nice that that's an option included in there.

Though I saw the clip of it and kept giggling through. The music, oh god.

(Also, I cannot get into Oblivion like I did with Fallout. :()

Yeeeah, Bioware did those scenes in Mass Effect (lesbian and hetero only in that game, though, and the lesbian/alien chick was so boring to talk to) with silly music and all that. 8D;
