itp, too many words

So weird, I went to bed early the last two nights. Tuesday because I wasn't feeling well and for a while after work, all I felt like doing was laying around because focusing on anything made me feel worse and the smell of dinner upset my stomach. Then yesterday because we had a massive storm going on and there was a chance of the power going out, so I kind of just chilled on my bed for a few minutes, which lead to me falling asleep.

The strange thing about sleeping nowadays for me is if I wake up in the middle of the night, when the room is still completely dark, I think it's a nap room at the school I work at, for some reason and am really confused as to why I'm in a nap room I've never been in before. It's the most disorienting, awkward feeling I have ever had after waking up and so funny, when I think back on it.

Speaking of work, it is hilarious working at an all-female staffed place. So much gossiping and everything. I really love some of the ladies there, but some of the others make me want to punch them in the face. Like the one I worked with for the morning. At lunch, I requested to gtfo of there, which thankfully they did, and shipped me off to the infant room for a couple hours, which wasn't so bad. The infant room isn't horrible if I get to stay on the younger side because the supposed "lead teacher" for the entire room works on the older infant side and is the most incompetent woman in the universe. The two women who work on the younger side keep up with the older side beause that lady can't and sometimes when I first walk into that room for the day, she asks me what she should do with one of her kids. I really worry for them sometimes, since she babys them so much and isn't getting the older ones ready for the young toddlers room, doesn't let them do their own art, and keeps trying to force them to take naps throughout the day when they don't need them.

Still sick, too. According to my mom and everyone at work, it's from working with kids and everyone gets it usually the first week or two. I lasted until week four, but my immune system tends to be pretty frickin' awesome. It's not too bad, just makes it hard to talk over kids since my throat sucks and I can't breath through my nose sometimes.

Also, sometime in the last week, I passed Tales of Vesperia and it was AWESOME~ I've started on my second playthrough already, which I think I shall continue in just a moment to unwind from work. ♥

And this post turned out longer than I expected, sheesh.
