Thanks for the props on my concert - I'm so glad you enjoyed it and the Ball.

The other song you referenced is titled "Travellers and Dreamers" and follows ten generations of colonists from Earth-That-Was to Zoe's birth aboard a colony ship just prior to landing on one of the new worlds.

That one! That was absolutely my favorite, although one of your other songs is a close second, and they were all excellent.

Any chance you have a CD available? :)

Working on it! Look for "Songs From The Black". I'd planned to have the Grand Kick Off Premier at the Ball but a death in the family delayed the process. Trust me, I will promote it on LJ, FB and every other way to connect with the BC community once it's done. Nice to know I might actually sell a few :)

BTW, what was your #2 fave? Just curious.

It was... you did a song about Wash, I think. It was one of those happy-sad moments for me because I'm so ridiculously attached to Wash, if that makes sense.

My memory is a bit fuzzy, because it was so late and I was tired. :P

I had a hunch :) That one's titled "The Stars Called My Name". Yep, I was tired, too. Hours past my normal bedtime and I'd gotten up at 4:30 am that morning to drive down to help with registration.

:) That one!

The Bedlam Bards, you may have heard of them, did a song for Wash called 'Leaf on the Wind' and I love it too, but I think I like yours better. :P Something about female singers, and the lyrics of course, I don't know.

And wow! I got up around 5 on Friday morning to get to registration, but early mornings are so not my thing.
