So, Mike and I are eating more healthy and getting moving. In the past couple weeks, I've noticed that my legs/ankles are swollen. This could be a symptom on many things, none of which are good. I see a doctor tomorrow (yay for slightly crappy insurace). We'll see what happens. In the mean time, all this freaked Mike out and he decided I will be healthy. Not a bad thing really. I have found the love of my life and now I just have to make sure I'm around to enjoy it. I'm using a website called Sparkpeople.com that has a food journal and exercise tracker. It's got tons of exercises I can do at home and being able to see what I've done is actually pretty motivating. I'm confident that I can keep this up.
