OnI Final
Wow, I can't believe that it's already over. I just finished the last ep.
**SPOILER ALERT**
You could tell from the whole tone of this episode that the ending would be tragic. Well, IT LIES! I was bracing myself for a sobfest, and was pleasantly surprised :D
One of my predictions was right!
Urgh, dammit, I was so pissed at the lack of Sawamura death in this series... Being betrayed and arrested isn't enough! And WTF, he thinks he's the modern-day Heracles whose mission is to kill Orthros...lol. But whatever... I guess it's fine that his plan failed.
Note: Tackey + little children = cutest thing ever. Especially the little boy who sang to him. Also: Tackey + puppies = extra cute.
I usually hate endings of "everyone has found peace within themselves", but I really liked it in this situation. Throughout the whole series, all the characters were basically battling the bad side of themselves, so it's nice that everything's now content. It's a little corny, but who cares! Happy endings rock.
The last 20 minutes (minus the time jump at the end) was so melodramatic! Too many emotions at once! Maybe that's why I didn't manage to cry. I was snickering a little at some parts. A lot of writhing, blood, and tears.
The last scene was... good? I'm just annoyed that they clearly WERE IN SIGHT OF EACH OTHER AS THEY PASSED BY EACH OTHER, YET DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE EACH OTHER! I hate it when that happens =_____=
Oh, and sad that my shipping pretty much flatlined... x__x
I am going to miss this series... T-T. One of the few action dramas I really liked, and saw through to the end. It was my fix for 10 weeks!
