Baby Update

You know, having Chlamydia can be a good deal more tiring than one would suppose. I've not even had her a full day, and I'm absolutely knackered. Are babies really supposed to cry that much? Maybe I'm doing something wrong - it's not that bad to stick her in my bookbag between my Potions text and my Muggle Studies text, wedged into my medium cauldron, is it?

She nearly made me spill my lunch all over myself, wailing every time I tried to take a sip of my soup. If she weren't a bag of flour, I'd swear she did it on purpose.

I then went on to Potions in the afternoon to produce one of the poorest products I've done since first year. How can I concentrate on measuring precisely and stirring at the right times when the silly child would insist on wailing sporadically throughout the entire class? I'm absolutely certain that starting while I was adding the earwig legs and shaking in an extra 6 ounces or so did little to improve my concoction. The other students kept shooting me dirty looks - as though I could do anything about it! It isn't as though they provided us with Flour Sack Pacifiers. That's a thought - I should ask Professor Egg if such a thing exists.

Merlin, I can't wait for morning...uh...I mean...it will be lovely to see you, Ted. I eagerly anticipate looking at your records and I really can't wait to give Chlamydia to you.
