Jason is plotting and scheming to take down Black Mask. Batman and Nightwing put a crimp in his plans and so does Robin, even more so. Some lines taken directly from the Under The Hood storyline; you'll recognize 'em when you see 'em.

Fighting in the streets of Gotham was always invigorating. Part of him still thought Robin was putting a major crimp in his plans of sticking it to Batman. Though, those parts of him, specifically the part that thought murder would solve all his problems, were quieting while fighting with Robin, Tim, by his side. New ideas were forming, better ones. Like being better at Batman's job than Batman, and Bats' sidekick liking him better.
Okay, the last part sounded a bit petty, but damn it, he was allowed to be. The man had not avenged his death. If anything, he could have found away to actually keep Joker locked up in Arkham. Bruce had the brains and the money to make it happen if really wanted to and not to mention the influence as Bruce Wayne and Batman. What Jason really wanted was for the Joker to suffer. Death was too good for the bastard.
When he and Robin parted ways for the night, successfully avoiding Batman the whole night, Jason fantasized about taking a crowbar to the Joker, maybe even set up some bombs. Not enough bombs to kill him, but maybe maim and cripple the clown. That brought an almost maniac grin to his face. Though, if he tortured the clown, that would bring Batman out of the woodwork pretty damn quick.
Does he want to see Bruce yet? Should he meet with him on his terms or Tim's? Tim would definitely be more levelheaded, he thought. Jason had said Tim would be a good Robin, the favorite even, because of his detective skills. Dick had nothing on them, and well, bringing up Jason's detective skills in comparison would be only a joke that the Joker would laugh at.
Jason unlocked the door to his apartment and slammed the door behind him. He had a pretty good stock of weaponry at the moment, but not nearly enough to do what Batman does every night. Time to take down some gangster and take his toys, he thought to himself, noticing one particular page of newspaper in his growing collection. The obituary of Stephanie Brown was lying harmlessly on top of the rest of the clippings.
That was a good place to start as any. If he had heard correctly, Black Mask was the one who 'killed' her. Jason would take him down by taking his toys, so he could use them against him. A smile graced Jason's lips. There would be some more research needed on the Black Mask before he could make his attack, but he was sure it would be worth it.

Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Okay, maybe only the part where he got into a fight with Batman and Nightwing. They did not recognize him, yet. Not like he said much to either of them, but man, did he enjoy beating on Nightwing. Just for old times sake, since he could never really hit him much before. Batman and Nightwing were off fighting with that android, while Jason had the chance to grab the most valued of Black Mask's inventory.
Jason clicked the buttons into the cell phone, waiting for the middle man to hand the phone to Black Mask. When he did, Black Mask sounded irritated. Good, Jason thought, more fun that way. "Hello. Do you prefer I call you Black Mask... Mr. Mask... Blackie...?" he questioned, very much enjoying fucking with the guy.
"Just talk, I'm listening. But when I say 'I'm listening,' I'm also thinking of ways to kill you," Black Mask growled before Jason made his demands.

He knew he would be double crossed. That was why Jason asked for such an exorbitant amount of money; he knew he would only get a portion of it, but that was better than nothing. Jason even knew Black Mask would probably hire on of Gotham's Rogues Gallery to bring the money. He was prepared for Mr. Freeze, even if not specifically. He was even prepared for when Nightwing and Batman came swooping in.
Before they did swoop in, Jason took the henchmen out with non-lethal gunshot wounds that took them out of commission. He had even gotten a good shot on Freeze's helmet, but Black Mask must have upgraded the armor. Jason took out did a flip to avoid the freeze ray that Mr. Freeze aimed at him, putting him on Freeze's shoulders. He quickly planted a bomb on the side of the helmet and jumped away before the explosion cracked Freeze's helmet more.
That was when Batman and Nightwing finally came in. Jason had grabbed the suitcase with the money as he pulled out his grappling hook to escape. As he made his way to the rooftop, he noticed Nightwing had followed. He rolled his eyes behind his hood as he cursed to himself when he noticed he was out of smoke bombs for his escape. Well, of course, he had none when he actually needed them; that was why needed the damn money!
"Can't let you go, Red Hood," Nightwing announced, walking towards him. "Just be easier if you surrender."
"Does that line work with anyone, Grayson?" Jason asked and got the shocked response he expected.
Nightwing's shock gave him enough time to dive off the building and hide in the shadows. Sure, he was not as good as blending in with the shadows as Bruce or Tim, but he was good enough to avoid a now distracted Nightwing. Creeping through the shadows, Jason was going to make his escape, but he was pulled into an abandon building by a pair of familiar hands.
Jason whipped around to see an angry Robin behind him. "What the hell are you doing!?" Robin asked angrily, making Jason drop the suitcase. ";I thought-"
"Good job, Robin. Help me apprehend him," Nightwing said as he swung in through the window. "Wait, I didn't know you were helping here tonight."
"I wasn't," Robin stated, glancing at Jason who he knew had to be glaring at him through his hood's lenses. "I was following him."
Nightwing's brows furrowed. "You know who he is, Robin?" he asked.
"Let's cut the bullshit. We all know each other's names, even if Dickie-boy is currently out of the loop. Just call him Tim," Jason said before pulling off his hood to reveal his face, and though there was a red domino covering his eyes, there was no mistaking who he was if you knew him before. "And you know what to call me."
Dick's mouth gaped for a moment before forming hard line. "Jason Todd is dead," Dick growled.
Jason waggled a finger in the air. "Ah ah ah, wrong tense, Dickie-boy. Jason Todd was dead, past tense."
Dick stayed in a defensive stance as he pulled Tim closer to himself. “I know he looks like Jason, but-"
"It's him,” Tim interrupted. "I ran tests; it's really him, Dick."
Jason raised an eyebrow. "Never told me about these tests, baby bird."
Tim gave him a pointed look. "You know that the only way anyone but me would believe you're really you is by a D.N.A. test, Jason. I just got it out of the way earlier by plucking some of your hair when you were sleeping."
"Yup, still creepy, baby bird," Jason stated, looking at Dick with his guard up. "Do you believe him now, Dick?"
Dick let the information sink in before pulling Jason into a hug. Jason was stiff for a moment before hugging back, really not expecting this reaction at all. "I'm glad you're alive, little wing," Dick whispered. "We missed you."
Jason's heart clenched at the old nickname, not being called it for years. Then Tim wrapped his arms around both him and Dick. It was all getting a bit overwhelming. Jason slipped out of the hug. Tim and Dick seemed disappointed for a moment, but in true fashion of ones trained by Batman, their faces slipped into a neutral mask.
"I need to go," Jason stated, grabbing his suitcase. "Revealing myself to Dick was not part of tonight's plan, and I'm not dealing with Bruce right now."
Before Jason could make his escape, Dick grabbed his wrist. "Do you expect me not to tell him you're alive? He will find out, Jason, especially since you're obviously up to your neck in something with Black Mask."
Jason growled. "I was bored. I picked a target, and Black Mask got unlucky. I'm going to dismantle whatever empire he's built here. If it avenges another Robin, all the better," he explained, pausing with a tilt of his head. "While I'm at it, I might as way start by taking his money to up my arsenal of toys to take him down with."
Dick grimaced. "Jason, you don't have to do this alone."
"He won't be alone," Tim spoke up, side-glancing at Jason. "Though had he informed me earlier, I'm sure I could have helped siphon funds through a computer, not some cockamamie money trade off scheme,” he paused. “Wait, what were you trading him for?"
"Hundred pounds of kyptonite, which Nightwing might want to go back with Batman to help secure. I don't think the Big Blue Boy Scout would be happy to have pieces of kryptonite floating around," Jason answered.
Tim glared at Jason for a moment before turning to Dick. “Go help. I'll keep Jason in line," he stated unhappily, pausing. “Just, let Jason tell Bruce himself?"
Dick conceded, ready to leave. "I won't tell Bruce, for now," Dick stated, before heading back to the warehouse.
Tim turned to Jason who was making his escape too. "Oh no you don't!" Tim exclaimed, grabbing Jason's arm and spinning him towards him. "Explain."
Jason cringed. "Damn, Tim, you have the Bat voice down pat. Giving me the chills, really."
Tim willed down any blush that was trying to creep up his neck. "Dammit, Jason, don't! Just tell me why you don't trust me!"
Jason's face fell. "What? Where the hell did you get that idea?"
"You must not trust me if you wouldn't let me help you," Tim stated. "I could have found a safer way of going about this."
Jason looked away, feeling guilty. “I do trust you, Tim, but I've changed from back then-"
"And so have I," Tim interrupted as he moved closer to Jason.
Jason sighed as he rested his head on Tim's shoulder, surprising Tim a bit. "I know, I know, it's just..." Jason paused pulling Tim close to him. "I have no idea what I'm doing half the time, Tim. Running into you messed with all these plans..."
"Plans?" Tim questioned as he wrapped his arms around Jason's torso.
"God, that's all I've had since I came back to Gotham. Plans to get revenge, plans to hurt Bruce, plans to beat my replacement to a bloody pulp," he sighed."When you're around, the really horrible plans seem really horrible, and it helps me ignore them."
Tim hugged Jason tighter as he looked up at him. "Jason..."
Jason looked down, another plan forming in his head. He leaned down, capturing Tim's lips with his own. At first, Jason thought that this plan must be as bad as all his other plans, but then Tim started kissing him back. Jason licked at Tim's lips, asking for entry. Tim responded almost immediately, his tongue entwining with Jason's.
Tim moaned as Jason moved his hands down to Tim's ass, lifting him off the ground and pushing him up against a wall. Tim responded by wrapping his legs around Jason's waist, grinding slowly against him. Jason groaned into the kiss as he reciprocated with grinding of his own while his hands started wandering for clasps on the Robin suit.
Hearing the clasps on his suit start to unclasp was what made Tim pull away, flushed and panting. "We can't here..." he said, his voice much breathier than he would have liked.
Jason dropped Tim, who caught himself on the wall, barely. "Then back at my apartment," Jason suggested as he grabbed the case he dropped while he was kissing Tim breathless.
Tim watched as Jason ran off into the night. He planned to follow, soon even. That is, once his legs decided to cooperate enough for him to jump from rooftop to rooftop to get to Jason's apartment.
