See, Kon cared about Tim, but he was pretty sure interrupting him while he was locked away in his room was a capital B Bad idea. He pushed the door open anyway, surprised it was opened, and that made him worry a little as he looked around. There were no documents strewn across Tim's desk with him hunched over them. Actually, the room seemed pretty empty until Kon noticed the lump in the middle of the blankets of Tim's bed.
Most of his worry subsided and seeing Tim curled up just bringing another wave of worry, Kon floated quietly over to the bed as not to wake Tim with his footfalls. He looked over to see Tim sleeping soundly under the covers. Well, at first he couldn't see Tim under that pill of covers, but Kon's x-ray vision kicked in whenever it wanted, and he could see Tim all curled up, almost looking like he was hiding.
“Why are you hiding under the blanket?” he asked stupidly, which made Tim shift under the blankets and sit up quickly.
The blankets fell to Tim's waist as he glared blearily up at Kon. “Not hiding. Was sleeping,” he muttered sleepily, his hair sticking in all different directions and his nose a bit red.
Kon frowned a little before putting a hand to Tim's forehead, and it was definitely hot enough to be feverish, so he pushed Tim back onto the bed and pulled up the blankets. “Go back to sleep. I'll make sure no one bothers you, Tim,” he murmured quietly.
Tim smiled, a bit more genuinely than Kon had seen in a while. “You're the best,” he said with a yawn before burrowing back into the blankets to sweat out the rest of his fever.
With a smile, Kon left Tim's room to make sure no one came in stupidly looking for Robin.
