Finding a (private) health insurance plan...
Does anyone know if the provision of Obama's health care bill (no debates, please-- just asking a simple question[s]) scrapping insurance company's abilities to deny coverage based on pre-existing conditions has gone into effect yet, or know when it will?
I also wonder as part of that provision or a different one if they'll be able to get away with charging an arm-and-a-leg (like COBRA, etc), or if there's a cap on how much they can charge for premiums? Or benefits as a result..
