Just blabbing.
Giants won *snicker* It was a really boring game up until like the last thrity minutes of the game...or...the last ten minutes on the clock. I think it's fun that the Manning family has two superbowl children, and the Giants have the oldest man in the super bowl slash league? He's like 42, has been playing for the Giants for like 16 years and yay he can finally retire.
Haven't heard about the job yet. I think my job is being tied up because of Sam Reed. The ladies said that I had to schedule another interview with him in order to really get the job and he's tied up with the caucuses and the primaries. So I probably won't know if I get the job until THIS Friday....friggin three weeks.
So about the caucuses and primaries. Long story short it all has to do with the fact Washington doesn't make their citizens declare whether they're republican, democrat, or independent or non-partisan AND we happen to be one of 2 states that does both the caucus and the primary. I'll rattle on some more about that later in another post.
You kinow, around this time of the year I'm addicted to at least one or two shoes, but this year...I'm half invested in the Terminator show it's just that I always forget when it's on, and I've become more aware of shows overseas. There's an annnoying amount of reality TV on but I was never a big fan. I love House, but I have been off the band wagon for awhile and there's things I missed and want to see....last time I watched he somehow got shot and I never found out why.
My sister is rude.
The parents go to sleep at like nine or ten because my father has to deliver the paper and be up by two or three. So last night she brings over a friend, they watch a loud movie, and make eggs and spam in the kitchen with a chunk of the lights on. Mind you this is all happening at like 11 at night.
And the night before she did basically the same thing except with my brother, who really needs to go to sleep early. He wakes up at 2pm every day.
In good news I'm planning to go to Portland for my birthday. Probably on Friday, spending the night both that day and Saturday, and driving back up on Sunday. There will be wine tasting on Saturday from 3-5pm I'm excited. Then probably a show of some time or a jazz club. A friend says "Jimmy Macs" but other than that I have no plans, I can't think of what else to do. It's so rare that I go to Portland that I'm really not sure what else to do. Any suggestions? Indoor and out.
Okay, that's all for me for now, I gotta get out of here. Ciao!
just because,
