well... I must say that I had a very interesting entry all laid out. But I pressed the back button by accident, and what do you know, it all died. I don't want to take the time to rewrite the bit about my health class (which was in outline form), but a great deal of it can be summed up by the following phrase quoted from Coach Smith's website: "I hope we can share ideas and thoughts about our health." The bottom line is: WASTE OF TIME. I'll go into that more later, perhaps.
