The new Killer's album is acceptable. Not Sam's Town, but good. I actually had a few of the songs already and didn't even know it, so yeah. (Under the Gun is still an excellent song and I have a new soft spot for The Ballad of Michael Valentine.)
Today went surprisingly well. Though now I don't know what to do with myself and my strangely free Tuesday evening (thus, livejournal entry. haha).
So I was talking with my dear crew of Addie, Becky and Missy about what we're going to do about housing next year, cause we'd all love to live each other (and I'd love to not wind up in another retarded rooming situation....sigh). Missy mentioned Nittany Apartments, I was more thinking West....just cause I'd like to live there...cause it's nice. But then the fact that living in an apartment is cheaper came up and suddenly that's the plan? Like to the point where we're looking at apartments? I wasn't planning on moving off campus till at least junior year and I kind of feel like we're getting ahead of ourselves with this, but I wouldn't really mind. I'd just have to discuss it with my parents and figure out where the money is going to come from. Plus expenses like groceries and internet and whatever utilities we'd need to pay. Plus how to get places and how far from campus and yadda yadda yadda. Like I said, there's a lot to figure out, so I want to kind of step back and have us take stock. But I'd like to live in not a dorm a lot, actually. Just another rung on the ladder of independence, haha. A scary rung. lol.
(Holy CRAP. I really like the "Abbey Road Version" of Sam's Town. AHHHH.)
I think I'm going to still file for a housing contract for next year just to be on the safe side though.
Aaaand apparently I'm going to the gym. Because they're calling me names!!! hahahaha
