lol I am totally in my robe. Wheee! It's fuzzy. But it's kind of short so I'm kind of worried my butt hangs out even though it doesn't but you never know. ....Yup.

So first day here was typical I guess? Well maybe not. Maybe there isn't like a generally typical day. Well let's see, we got here, I met my roommate, we unloaded the car. Parents went out and had lunch and picked stuff up for me while i started to get settled. Got back, we said goodbye, tears and stuff. I went and bought myself a 25 foot ethernet cable that would actually reach the jack ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM (>___>) then got my bike registered....which involved etching a serial number on it myself lol I did not share that part with my dad when they called me to come to the creamery with them. After we'd already said goodbye? Lol weirdos. Then I had to go sign something at Shields...then...ummm...what the hell did I do. I think I came back and had my first riot control shower experience. It's basically like an almost-warm firehose in a confined space....everything gets wet, there's no stopping it. Hahaha. I guess completely wrong as to where the water hit and all my stuff got wetter than usual, too. After that I don't remember what happened. Ohhh right I went to the commons and got my TV and awkward stalker Zach helped me set up my Wii. Phil came over at some point (and gave me an excuse to kick out Zach!! haha). Then I watched friends with my neighbors in 403, Becky and Missy. At 10:30 there was supposed to be a game of manhunt on the quad, but the only people out side were me, Becky, Missy and Zach so we walked over to the dorm of Missy's boyfriend Herb in North. He and his suitemates are all in Blue Band (probably why the lucky bastards got North *shakes fist*) and so....we got to watch DCI. Woooo. At least it was air conditioned?
Then we walked back around 12 and decided to check out our floor. No one's door was open (LAME!!) so we poked around our fucking ghetto ass study room ("the cave"...with it's disgusting "couch" and a file cabinet no one's paid attention to in at least 18 years) and then hung out in the hall. Aliegh from 408 came up the elevator and we liked pounced on her because she was a human being haha. Eventually we just gave up and went to bed around 1. (Lame.)

Second day started at 9 am...what the hell?? Yeah I know. Retarded. Got up, braved the showers, tried to have breakfast in Pollock Commons but would've had to wait another hour....and I was on a mission, to be sure. So I grabbed a croissant, a chocolate muffin and a bottle of milk from Redifer (which is closer to Beaver anyway...durka). Then it was off to the HUB to find the computer store there so I could get a coax cable for my TV. Got distracted by 25% off art supplies in the bookstore and also picked up my workbook for JAPNS 001. Found the computer store (which is just a showroom...sigh) and got directed to the Willard store. Again lol. Then I got distracted by the poster sale (I bought 2 prints for $4.75 each...JW Waterhouse Lady of Shalott and Tournee du Chat Noir :D). Went over to Willard, got my coax cable (another 25 feet!) and then decided completely randomly to buy the rest of my books...even though I was on my bike and didn't have a backpack or anything. Really, I could've planned it better. Spent only a total of like $225 or something. :) Hooray classes that don't require books! Then I fought my bag of books and bike back up Shortlidge and into my dorm. Visited Phil after that for a little while then bolted to my house meeting. Was 8 minutes late anyway. But it wasn't important lol Had dinner with a couple other people, went to Convocation with Missy, Becky, Dave, Bob and Tim, then went back to the dorm. Was in the lobby taking pictures of fliers with my phone so I could put the dates in my calendar later when I ran into Dave and Tim in the lobby...Dave and I went exploring on the third floor and met some kid's parents. Went back up to Sandwich House (so named because we're sandwiched between a bunch of SLO floors) and found Becky and we decided to go around introducing ourselves to anyone with their door open, aka who doesn't suck at life. Everyone we met seems pretty cool....Especially Jonathan and his roommate with their fucking 42 inch flat screen TV? haha. And the kids with the bitchin' futon who were doing the fantasy football draft. We found Tim and Missy and decided to see what was going on in the rest of the world.
We figured we'd go down to the White Building to see what was going on at LateNight but we got up to East and everyone was going the opposite direction so we decided just to head to Frat Row and find a party, which we did, in the basement of Phi Sigma Kappa. I had a beer lol it was disgusting. I don't know how I did it. :P Then this kid Kevin started dancing with us and his friend Alissa asked all 3 of us girls to make out with her and we were like...no. Then Kevin was all hand-holdy and I was like "oh?" Haha yeah. Then he said we should all go to Canyon Pizza but by the time we got all 5 of us together he'd disappeared so we went to College Pizza without him. We found Bob (our best friend haha) and his roommate Lee and went to a party in his brother's apartment. Had a shot made mostly of Gatorade because I didn't want to push it. Headed back to Beaver and we came up with the name Team Quattro (Bob: BUT THERE'S SEVEN OF US...THERE'S SEVEN RIGHT). Crashed in 403 and watched Wedding Crashers while Becky and Bob got awkward on her bed lol I started the exodus around 3 cause I was beat tired.

Then stupid tard James calls me at 10:30 and I'm like why would you ever.

Today's agenda is shower, maybe lunch with Tim and Dave after their college meeting, then my college meeting/ice cream social at 3. Then who knows what, then idk, maybe "Be A Part From the Start" at whenever that is. Then trying to rest up cause classes start tomorrow. :) I'm excited!

But I miss home a little. It's too quiet in this room. And I miss my kitty. :'(

friends, fun times, college, dorms, new experiences
