I got my room assignment. I'm in 404 Beaver Hall, which is in Pollock. Notice that this is not North, nor is it West, which means that in relation to my classes I am in East Bumblefuck. But it's ok. I'm getting excited for this now. My roommate's name is Ashley Weller and I'm waiting for her to answer my facebook message. There is at least two perks to this that I've found: one, I can make nerdy jokes about my room number (lol page not found!) and two, since Ashley is from Beavertown, PA, she moves in on the 25th while I move in the 24th, meaning I get first dibs in staking my claims in the room. Nice. So, while it's not exactly what I was hoping for, I still feel good about it. Plus, it just means I'm going to be getting in shape even more than I already anticipated. Word.
