I just finished reading the 100-page finale of Fullmetal Alchemist. It was beautiful and bittersweet. I think it's the second series I've ever followed from beginning to end.
Also, I cried.
I began reading the manga when I was 15 I think. Saw the first anime that year at Otafest with leelinkit and have never looked back. So many great moments in this series I wish I could list and so many sad ones too. An amazing and such a diverse cast of characters this series had. No matter what if the character was a main, secondary, or character-of-the-arc/chapter, I liked how there was a character for someone to like. Or, in my opinion anyways. (Oh Hughes. Armstrong.)
I daresay this was the best series I have ever read in my life.
