Cosplay and things~
hello everyone! it's been a while!
just thought i'd update while i've got a few spare moments
So! its the end of January already! this month has gone by quickly. i just finished taking my final exams yesterday and i did very well on them :D
I'm close to being finished with my first cosplay for AnimeBoston10. i've been having some issues with the computer, so pictures will be put up later. Mostly i just have the details left to do (lace, trims, collar). In addition to this costume:
I've also decided to resurrect my costume from last year, which is this:
I just LOVE doing Teru costumes. they're sooo beautiful! i love shiny, sparkly, detailed, lacey things. so Teru's costumes are right up my alley.
I'm fixing up my cosplay from last year. I looked at it the other day and realized how bad my sewing skills were just a year ago. so i took it apart and am in the process of putting it back together MUCH nicer than i was able to last year.
speaking of this costume, i was searching the internet for photos of me from AnimeBoston09 because a lot were taken, but i never saw any of them, I was able to find two of them, so i'll show you:

i'm so excited for the convention!~ last year was a lot of fun since i went with a group (my sister and her boyfriend cosplayed for the first time haha). this year i'll be going with a group of my friends from school and we'll also be meeting some friends when we get there. its gonna be nuts! haha. i'm hoping to enter one of the cosplay contests. not sure which costume yet... probably whichever one turns out better.
Now one Teru costume you probably wont see me do (so that i may somehow keep my sanity) is this one :
I do believe i would go mad if i were to attempt it 0_0 (just wait... next year i'll probably end up making it -_-' )
Also, random fact!~ I have been a vegetarian for 6 weeks today :) its a lot easier than i thought it would be. i feel great, too!
