Three shoots in one weekend. Well, this would be the 4th day of shooting come to think of it (am currently writing this from the shoot location), but it's a Monday evening so it doesn't exactly fit into the statement of a weekend. So that's 4 shoots in as many days. Some months I might see only 1 shoot in all of their 30 days. All this shooting can't be all that good for my health, I suspect :P
Anyway, besides the shoots, there was the Sheryl Army party that we conducted for Skye as she is leaving Australia for good and she is renowned for cosplaying all the different flavours of Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier over the years. Suffice to say there was a fair amount of laughter and tears intermixed as memories were relived and you are reminded of the impermanence of things, especially people. Call me sadistic, but I hoped and got tears flowing from Skye as we unveiled the video of everyone saying goodbye to her from all across Australia; the tears showed more than any words just how much she's become part of our lives and us hers.
God, I'm still sleepy.
