Slept in, got yummy breakfast with Kim, Darcy, and Rob. Did some shopping, napped a bit/cleaned the house some, and then in the early evening we headed out to Chapel Hill for today's utter silliness.
Andrea's second Boxberg event was today. It's actually pretty simple. They spend a weekend making all kinds of cute little buildings out of cardboard and the like. Painting them with little windows, emblems of interesting businesses and all other stuffs. These buildings when assembled together form Boxberg, population quite a few small invisible inhabitants. ^_^
BUT THEN!!!!!
Out from no where came a slew of interesting monster types who spent the evening consuming alcohol, snacks, buildings, each other, and there was also a plethora of MADNESS, MAYHEM, and UTTER DESTRUCTION!!!!
In attendance was a giant Gir, the Stay-puffed Marshmellow Man, Robo-Zues, Paul Bunyon, Gothzilla, Jewzilla, Dogzilla, a giant tentacled thing, and a cast of others.
The stomping was amusing, the hula-hooping was as well, and the silliness overflowing. A+++++ would purchase again.
The rest of the evening was tawp sekwet. ;)
