[MISSION LOG] Saruya
Our training is done and we're heading back.
MISSION LOG
Saruya was the end of our journey. This was the last database for us to look at. The city itself was very busy. It was almost as big and as lively as Konoha. It was harder to find the base this time because they have used a special jutsu to blockage any chakra flow, which effectively stopped even the Byakugan. But it didn't stop us from finding the location.
I'd tell you how, but it's embarrassing so I'd rather not. Let's just say we found out where the building was and how to get inside. Me and Hinata were able to disguise ourselves as employees at the meat bun factory. And by doing so we infiltrated the building and laboratory. I was able to access a computer and override the security to find the motive behind the operation. But we already knew why from the mission debriefing. The valuable information wasn't on the computer. The person rather fancied minesweeper, the game. I beat the expert level for them and signed my name, not my real one, but my tag.
Anyways, we found that they were creating a chemical, more specifically a bacteria, for the meat buns. They were planning to ship these meat buns to Konoha and have people contract a disease. The bacteria is very prone to become air born, therefore creating a widespread epidemic. The bacteria is native to the Grass and people have built up an immunity to it, but the people of Konoha would be able to contract a disease. Therefore, we need to create an antidote or an vaccine for the time being. If we do, this does not seem to pose much of a threat. We should probably arrange a diplomatic mission to concede with the rebels.
I'm sorry to say that we got caught and have been driven out. Although our identities have remain hidden, they suspect that Leaf have something to do with this, therefore, we must be cautious. Hinata and I are going to return to Konoha through a scenic route. And we will be back shortly.

That was quite an exciting mission. I haven't had one like that for a while. I still have that weird squeak toy that the old man gave to me. Perhaps I'll give it to Kiba since he didn't get a chance to join us. I hope he doesn't get any weird ideas
